Mourinho has been in the spotlight this week after demoting Carneiro and Fearn after an explosive row.
Mourinho erupted after Carneiro and Fearn rushed onto the pitch to treat Eden Hazard late in last week's 2-2 draw with Swansea against his wishes.
Mourinho was fuming because Hazard needing treatment meant Chelsea were briefly reduced to nine men having already had goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois sent off.
Mourinho branded his medical staff “impulsive and naive” and claimed they “did not understand the game.'”
But he has been widely condemned by medical experts for claiming Carneiro and Fearn were in the wrong and punishing the duo.
Arsenal boss Wenger, locked in an ongoing dispute with old foe Mourinho, said: “It’s a problem inside a club. It’s difficult enough and if you’re not united it’s more difficult.
“Trust and unity inside a club makes a strength. That story at Chelsea, I have not followed that. I do not have great interest in what’s going on.
“Secondly the rules are clear, when the ref give indication for the medics to come on they can come on. After that, in this situation, I don’t know.
“But the rules are quite clear. The referee makes the decision.”
